No Returns and Refunds Policy for Books and Art

Returns and Refunds:


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for books and art. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Damaged Products:


In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us:
Notify us of the damage within 14 days of receiving the product by sending an email to [customer support email] with the subject line "Damaged Product - [Order Number]."

b. Provide Documentation:


Attach clear photographs of the damaged product and any relevant packaging to your email. This documentation helps us assess the extent of the damage.

3. Replacement Process:


Once we receive your email and documentation, we will review the information provided. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

4. Eligibility:


To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

The damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.
Clear documentation, including photographs, must be provided.

5. Shipping Costs:


We cover the cost of shipping for replacement products due to damage. However, we do not cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged item.
